| The reform of teacher evaluation system in Chinese universities has achieved some results, but still have a huge possibility for optimization. Exploring the basic characteristics and experience of the evaluation system of teaching and research personnel in French universities has great significance to improve the management of higher education in China. Based on the analysis of the evaluation type of teaching and research personnel in French universities, refining the basic characteristics of the system and summarizing its successful experience and extant problems, this article aims to provide useful reference for perfecting the teacher evaluation system in Chinese universities. |
