      2018年的全国教育大会提出,要培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。从“德智体”到“德智体美劳”,全面发展教育话语体系的变化,是马克思主义基本原理同我国教育实际相结合的理论成果,是对我国全面发展教育思想的继承、丰富和发展。只有全面贯彻党的教育方针,落实立德树人根本任务,“德智体美劳” 这一教育话语才能具有对教育现实的解释力与实践力,才能真正拥有指导教育改革发展的“话语权”。
English Summary:
      The National Education Congress proposed that we should train socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physical fitness, beauty and labor in 2018. From “moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetic” to “ morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor ”, the change of educational discourse system for all-round development is the theoretical result of combining the basic principles of Marxism with the reality of Chinese education, and is the inheritance, enrichment and development of the educational thought for all-round development. Only fully implementing the party’s education policy and the fundamental task of moral education, the educational discourse of “ morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor ”can have the explanatory power and practical power to the educational reality, and the “discourse power” to guide the reform and development of education.
