| Standing at the height of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, General Secretary Xi Jinping, for the strategic purposes of the long-term governance of the Party and the long-term stability of the socialist cause, has put forward the critical conclusion that “Education is the country's and the Party's great plan.” This assertion is our Party's new understanding of education in a major strategic position in the new era, embodying the unity of historical logic, theoretical logic and practical logic. Therefore, it is significant to guide the development of education reform in China by means of exploring the historical logic process of this assertion, the connotation of scientific theory, the essence of practice and the approaches of development. |
