English Summary:
      In The Glass Menagerie, which sets up Tennessee Williams' reputation, the heroine Laura does not obtain a happy love relationship at the end of the play, which casts a shadow to her destiny. Williams once expressed in his Memoir that he was deeply fascinated with Sartre's existential philosophy. Based on Sartre's definition of “Bad Faith”, “Situation” and “Freedom”, which are some of the central ideas of his existential philosophy, it is of great importance to explore the existential characteristics of Laura's fate and to rethink her destiny. The conclusion shows that there is completeness in Laura's growth and comical features in her destiny.
