      采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,以高校开展传统养生教学为嵌入点,探讨传统养生文化的特点、传承方式、传承价值及发展意义。研究认为:高校中传统养生文化有知识化、广泛性、内容丰富性、多元化、全面性等特点;结合高等教育特点,得出传统养生文化传承方式有高校传统教学课程、学校规章制度、学生精神层面的心理传承。传统养生文化是学校软实力的重要组成部分,两者相互依存、相互协调、相互发展。
English Summary:
      Documentary and logical analysis methods are applied in the study of features, inheritance model and value, development significance of traditional health preservation culture in higher education. Traditional health preservation culture in higher education embodies the features of extensive knowledge, rich contents and diversified perspectives. With the characteristics of higher education, the inheritance models include traditional culture teaching in the class, regulations and rules of the school and students’ mental inheritance. Traditional health preservation culture is an important part of a school’s soft power, and they are mutually dependent, coordinated and developed.
