| The concept of sharing development is an important concept about development of XI Jinping's thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era.It is a theoretical weapon for us to understand, analyze and solve development and a strategic fulcrum for poverty alleviation.To consolidate the foundation of sharing development of poverty alleviation in seriously impoverished areas:first, remould the poverty gene with the red gene and reshape the rural spirit,and build the ideological basis of sharing development in seriously impoverished areas;second, the party branches should be established on the key nodes of the industrial development chain to build the organizational basis of sharing development in seriously impoverished areas;third, we should actively explore the new road of rural collectivization and establish the basis of means of production of sharing development in seriously impoverished areas; fourth, strengthen the transfer payment of the central government to promote the balanced development among regions, and build the economic interest foundation of sharing development in seriously impoverished areas;fifth, facing up to the internal differentiation of the poor masses, grasp the key points and difficulties of poverty alleviation, and build a solid work foundation of sharing development in seriously impoverished areas; sixth, while firmly strengthening the confidence and goal of poverty alleviation, we should face up to the difficulty of getting rid of poverty and getting rich in seriously impoverished areas, and have a solid basis of understanding for a hard, tough and protracted battle. |
