| 改革开放以来,群团组织的职能实现了从组织联系职能向参与职能的发展,从掩护吸收职能向维护职能的发展,从政治教育职能向社会服务职能的发展。改革开放前后群团组织的职能受社会历史条件的限制有不同的侧重,作用的范围和程度也不尽相同,但它们并不是截然分开的。总的来看,改革开放以来,群团组织的职能实现了从只重视政治职能到既重视政治职能,也重视社会职能的转变。 |
