| 以湖南省14个地级市和自治州为研究对象,选取人均GDP、全社会固定资产投资、居民消费价格总指数、第一产业增加值、第二产业增加值、第三产业增加值、地方财政收入、城镇居民人均可支配收入、农村居民人均可支配收入9个指标,采用熵权法,通过构建区域经济子系统有序度模型和复合系统协同度模型,对2005～2017年湖南省区域经济发展的有序度和协同度进行实证研究。结果表明,区域经济子系统的有序度随着时间的递增呈上升的态势,区域经济复合系统的协同度总变化趋势也是随着时间的递增而增强,但仍有波动。因而需要紧抓影响区域经济协同发展的关键因素,注重高素质人才的培养,加快经济区内交通线路的建设,完善地方法规,加强经济协作,以促进区域经济协同发展。 |

| Taking 14 prefecture-level cities and autonomous prefectures in Hunan province as research objects,this paper selects nine indicators,namely per capita gross domestic product, fixed-asset investment of the whole society, Total Consumer Price Index,added value of primary industry, added value of secondary industry, added value of tertiary industry, local fiscal revenue, disposable income per capita of urban residents and disposable income per capita of rural residents,and builds an order degree of regional economic subsystem model and a synergy degree of complex system model to test the economic order and synergies of Hunan province from 2005 to 2017.The results show that the order degree of regional economic subsystems increases with time,and the overall change trend of synergy degree of regional economic complex system also increases with time, but it still fluctuates.Therefore, we should pay close attention to the key factors that affect the synergistic development of regional economy, pay attention to the cultivation of high-quality talents, speed up the construction of transportation lines in economic zones, improve local laws and regulations and strengthen economic cooperation,in order to promote the synergistic development of regional economy. |
