| The Reform and Opening-up has made the “Chinese Miracle” in the history of world development, and there is still great significance to study the opening-up thought of Deng Xiaoping even nowadays. The fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee profoundly summarized the historical experience of Reform and Opening-up and further put forward the new concept of opening development based right on it. The opening-up from two periods shows the successive spiritual essence inherited by the party and the pioneering work started by the central leading groups of new generation. |
