| Since the 18th CPC National Congress,the Communist Party of China Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core,based on contemporary China and following the trend of global development,has put forward a series of new concepts,ideas and strategies for country governing,effectively pushing socialism with Chinese characteristics into a new era and forming the thought on socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. General Secretary Xi Jinping attached great importance to studying and mastering dialectical materialism and historical materialism as the “special skills” of the Chinese Communists. Marxist philosophy has provided a general methodological basis for Xi Jinping's government. Dialectical materialism,in particular the practice of seeking truth from facts,point of view of things linked to development of specific issues specific analysis,provides a contradictory view of the total basis of thinking methods; historical materialism on the status of the dominant position of the people,the mass line and the mass viewpoint running through the whole process of administering the country is the embodiment of the value consciousness of the Communist Party of China and the consciousness of theory and practice. It laid the foundation stone of Xi Jinping's new idea and strategy of governing state affairs. |
