| From the perspective of competition law, the standardization behavior of industry associations has the dual nature of positive market regulation and negative regulated legal risks.Through the the paper analyzes the conceptual theory of standards and standardization,the paper analyzes the external correlation between standardization behavior and the restriction of competition behavior, and the use of domestic specific cases and typical American cases,to gain insight into the potential destructive and inevitable legal risks of market competition order.On the basis of this, it finally puts forward reasonable views and thinking of regulating the standardization behavior and legal risk of the industry association. |
