      文章基于2005-2013年中国沪深A股上市公司数据,实证检验了企业履行利益相关者责任及社会总体责任时对存货管理策略的影响。结果表明,企业针对关键利益相关者的社会责任行为对企业存货水平存在显著影响,但具体影响方向因利益相关者的不同而存在差异;由于企业社会责任不同维度的利益相关者权力博弈,使得企业社会责任的整体表现与存货水平间呈现显著U型非线性影响关系。研究结论有助于提高企业存货管理效率,同时为各方利益相关者提供决策有用的实践建议。
English Summary:
      Using a sample of A-share companies listed in Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges during 2005-2013,the paper empirically analyzes the relationships between corporate social responsibility (CSR) and inventory management strategy.The results show that CSR behaviors for key stakeholders are significantly correlated with the level of corporate inventory,but the nature of such correlation (positive or negative) varies from stakeholder to stakeholder.Due to the power game among the stakeholders at different dimensions,the overall CSR performance and the level of inventory show a significant U-shaped relationship.The conclusions of this study could help corporate manage inventory and give stakeholder some useful guidance to make a strategic decision.
