      知识整合是组织学习的重要内容。新创企业知识整合主要包括知识识别、知识筛选、知识重构与知识应用及其反馈等阶段,并受所整合的知识特性、自身已有知识储备、知识管理基础、组织成员间关系品质、创业强度等因素的影响。因此,新创企业可采取提高创业者创业战略管理能力,加强企业知识管理系统的建设,注意培育良好的企业文化,提高创业团队成员战略共识与建立有效激励机制等对策来加强知识整合的管理。
English Summary:
      Knowledge integration is an essential component of organizational learning.Knowledge integration of new ventures mainly includes the following stages:knowledge recognition,knowledge filter,knowledge reconstruction,knowledge application and its feedback;it is influenced by the characteristics of the knowledge acquired,the knowledge storage,knowledge management foundation,organizational members relationship quality and entrepreneurial intensity of new ventures,etc.Therefore,new ventures could strengthen knowledge integration management by improving the entrepreneur's ability of opportunity identification and strategic leadership,enhancing the construction of knowledge management system,noting the development of appropriate corporate culture,building strategic consensus between the members of venture team and designing an effective motivationmechanism.
