| 改革开放以来,市场逻辑在乡村治理过程中似乎演进为新的序格,经济理性在消解村民“公序良俗”的同时,治理主体依旧存有对行政权力等制度惯性的路径依赖;对“村规民约”等心理惯性的天然留恋。市场力量在与制度惯性及文化惯性相互嵌套的过程中,衰减其边际效益,使乡村治理效果出现“内卷化”。而互联网+为解题乡村治理内卷化提供了新的可能。互联网+,在时间上使乡村治理实现“前置”;打破空间区隔,在方式上实现“虚置”;更加注重参与与回应,在效果上实现“实置”。 |

| Since the reform and opening-up,the market logic seems to have evolved into a new order in the process of rural governance.While the economic rationality is digesting the public order and good morals,those who are in the governance still have the systemic inertia and path dependence to the executive power. Meanwhile, they also show their natural reliance to those old-rules of rural area.When market force is fusing with systemic and cultural inertia ,its marginal utility diminishes which makes the rural governance appears “involution”.However Internet plus provides new posibilities for solving the “involution” of rural governance.Internet plus accelerates the governance's speed in time,break down the barriers of space,change the way which businesses work and pay more attention to interation to make it more realistic. |
