| 检察机关预防职务犯罪职能萌芽于新中国成立初期。改革开放后,面对国内外反腐倡廉的新形势,经过不断探索、完善,我国检察机关预防职务犯罪职能在世纪之交基本形成。随着国家法治建设的推进,预防职务犯罪职能不断向广度、深度、精度和效度拓展,形成了相对完善的运行机制。预防职务犯罪职能运行中还存在履职能力有待提升、考核机制有待完善、保障基础有待加强、社会氛围有待营造的问题,需要从提高专业水平、深化体制改革、推动预防立法、注重手段创新等方面不断改进完善。 |

| Duty crime prevention functions of procuratorial organs germinated in the early years of New China. Since the reform and opening up, facing the new situation of domestic and international anti-corruption, after continuous exploration and improvement, duty crime prevention functions of procuratorial organs were basically formed in the turn of the century. Along with the advancement of national law construction, the duty crime prevention function has made progress in breadth, depth, accuracy and validity, which has made a relatively perfect operation mechanism form. There are also some problems in the operation of the duty crime prevention function:the executing ability to ascend, evaluation mechanism to be perfect, guarantee to strengthen, social atmosphere to create, so that, it needs to improve their professional level, deepen the system reform, promote prevention legislation, focus on innovation of the means, etc. |
