| 文章从嵌入程度和地位两个维度分别考察了中国高技术企业嵌入全球价值链的现状,发现尽管中国高技术企业嵌入全球价值链的程度明显提升但地位仍然较低,嵌入方式仍以加工贸易为主。利用按行业口径归集的中国高技术企业2000-2011年的面板数据进行固定效应回归分析发现中国高技术企业嵌入全球价值链对其创新能力具有显著的促进作用,此外,高技术企业的研发投入、人力资本以及企业自身的吸收能力的提高都有助于其创新能力的提升。 |

| The global value chain (GVC) has influences on the innovation capability in China's high-tech enterprises with the factor mobility all over the world. This paper finds that although the GVC-participation index is high, the GVC-proposition index is still low in all the China's high-tech enterprises by calculating the two indexes. Using the industry-level panel data of China's high-tech enterprises to make the fixed-effect regression, this paper finds that the GVC has a significant positive effect on the innovation ability in China's high-tech enterprises, so do the R&D expenditure, the human resource and the technology absorptive capability. |
