      孔子的人际关系思想极富智慧,体现于《论语》中。一是以“学”为主的基本的人际态度和自我提升。二是主于“诚”、“敬”的人际行为智慧,外化为具体的行为指向,即始于孝、悌而行于仁。孔子将私人领域的“孝”、“悌”、“信”扩张并普及到社会公共领域,于是有了“仁”政、“仁”人的提法,“仁”的核心为诚心与敬人。孝、悌、信、仁的背后其实都有一种含而不露的人际野心,具有强大的人际统摄力,通过虚我以来人,虚我而为我,这如同道家的欲扬先抑,是一种人际行为智慧和人际韬略。这也是中国古代人际关系学和伦理智慧的突出表现,在当今不同文化背景下的国际交往中,尤其彰显着其独特的魅力和效力,有着重大的方法论意义,我们应重视其国际运用。
English Summary:
      Confucius's thought about interpersonal relationship is wisdom and embodies in the Analects. The first embodiment is the essential interpersonal attitude and self-improvement taking learning as the principal thing, and the second one is the interpersonal behavior wisdom in the sincere and respect aspects which embodies specific behavior pointing, namely beginning from filial piety and fraternity and carrying out as benevolence. Confucius expanded and popularized the filial piety, fraternity, confidence in the private field to the social public sphere, so he put forward the formulation of benevolence politics and benevolence person. The benevolence takes the sincerity and respect as the kernel. However, behind the filial piety, fraternity, confidence and benevolence is a sort of connotative interpersonal wild ambition, which has powerful interpersonal predominating force. It draws on others and for oneself via the vacating oneself, which is like Taoists' method of restraining before raising, and is a interpersonal behavior wisdom and interpersonal strategy. This is also a prominent manifestation of the interpersonal relationship discipline and ethic wisdom in ancient China. Nowadays, in different cultural background of the international association, it particularly manifests its unique charm and efficacy, and has great importance of methodology. We should pay attention to its international application.
