| 中国社会各界正在蓬勃兴起一股大众创业、万众创新的热潮。创业创新已经作为提高社会生产力和综合国力的战略支撑,成为推动国家社会经济发展的新引擎和新动力。该战略的提出,有其很强的时代背景,也有其深刻的哲学理论基础。文章从哲学的层面分析“双创”战略提出的背景,二者的辩证关系、发展本质、群众基础和价值目标,深化了对“双创”战略的认识。 |

| Mass entrepreneurship and innovation is booming in China. Entrepreneurial and innovation have been used to improve the social productive forces and comprehensive national strength as a strategic support, and become a new engine and power to promote national social and economic development. The proposed strategy not only has a strong background of the times, but also has its profound philosophical theoretical basis. This paper analyses the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation strategy from the philosophical perspective, the dialectical relations between them, the nature of development, the masses foundation and value goal which has deepen the understanding of the mass entrepreneurship and innovation strategy. |
