| By analyzing the characters and connotations of nuclear project decision-making processes in ethical perspectives of responsibility, value, justice, ecology, it is concluded that besides the economic benefits and technology developments, the above four ethics should also be considered in the decision-making processes. Only then can the decision effects accommodate the relevant ethical desires. |
