| 马克思主义意识形态理论有其科学内涵,具有阶级性、层次性、能动性等特点。马克思主义意识形态理论为社会主义核心价值体系构建提供了哲学基础。社会主义核心价值体系是适应新时期意识形态领域新变化的创新发展,有效适应了国内意识形态领域形势新变化,实现了马克思主义意识形态理论指导下的先进性和大众性的统一。新形势下,科学构建社会主义核心价值体系,要以马克思主义意识形态能动反作用理论为指导,发挥社会主义核心价值体系对经济社会发展的促进作用；要以马克思主义意识形态阶级性理论为基础,坚持中国特色社会主义共同理想；要以马克思主义意识形态领域斗争理论为警示,坚持弘扬民族精神、时代精神和社会主义荣辱观。 |

| Ideology of the Marxism has its scientific connotation, with the characteristics of class nature, hierarchy and initiatives. In addition, it has laid the psychological foundation for the core value system of socialism. The core value system of socialism can better adapt to the innovative development of the new changes of the ideology in the new ages, which effectively conforms with the new changes of the domestic ideological range, and realizes the combination between advancement and popularity under the guidance. Under the new circumstance, scientifically building the core value of socialism should be based on the ideological Marxism,which can dramatically stimulate the economic and social development in most cases. Then it should be on the basis of the class nature of ideological Marxism, and it should abide by the common ideal of the socialism with Chinese characteristics, and be guided by the struggling theory of Marxism and so on. It firmly advocates the national spirit, spirit of the time and the socialism of conception of Honor and Disgrace. |
