基于湖南省可比价格投入产出表,分年度分行业测算了2002-2012年湖南省工业碳排放量,并利用结构分解分析法测算与分析了直接碳排放系数、中间生产技术、工业总产值、工业结构等因素对湖南省工业分行业碳排放量变化的影响。结果显示,从碳排放量的变化趋势来看,湖南省工业减排的形势较为严峻;但从工业碳排放量变化影响因素的结构分解结果来看,湖南省工业减排的前景较为乐观,体现在:(1)研究期内工业直接排放系数及工业结构的变化均降低了湖南省工业碳排放量;(2)中间生产技术的变动对湖南省工业碳排放量增长的影响并不大;(3)四因素中仅工业总产值的变动促进了湖南省工业碳排放量的增加。而能源使用效率的提高、能源消费结构的优化、工业结构的调整与新型工业化建设、提高工业行业的中间生产技术是实现湖南工业减排的有效途径。 |

Based on Hunan’s constant price input-output tables, this paper calculates the industrial carbon emission of Hunan province from the year of 2002 to 2011, and analyses the effects of four factors on Hunan‘s industrial carbon emission by using the structural decomposition method.Results indicate that in view of the trend of industrial carbon emission, the situation of Hunan’s carbon reduction is serious; But in view of the results of structural decomposition, the outlook of Hunan’s carbon reduction is more optimistic, which is mainly reflected in:(1) change of the Hunan’s direct carbon emission factor and its industrial structures during the study period decreased Hunan’s Industrial carbon emissions;(2) the effects of changes in the middle of production technology on Hunan’s industrial carbon emission growth is not large;(3) only the change of industrial output contributed to the increase of Hunan’s industrial carbon emission. The efficient ways are to improve energy efficiency and optimize energy consumption structure, to adjust the industrial structures and construct the New Industrialization, to optimize the industrial sectors. |
