| 世界主义是以全人类个体道德关怀作为终极关切目标,由核实践引发的生态问题具有全球性,核安全是全球核时代人类生存发展普遍主义的善。在世界公民的道德关怀角度上,基于核安全与生态公正之间存在跨国价值取向,共享深层次的普遍主义价值基础,二者相辅相成,其价值联结为:同属于世界性的道德问题,是世界公民关注和追求的普遍价值。加强新的核安全体系的构建,促进生态公正以维护人类可持续发展,必须跨越国界,响应世界主义伦理关怀,实行国际交流合作。 |
| English Summary: |
| The final concerning goal of cosmopolitan is individual moral of humanity. The ecological issues caused by the nuclear practice are global ones, and nuclear safety is the good of universalism of survival and development of mankind in nuclear era. In the perspective of moral concern, there are transnational values between nuclear safety and ecological justice, and they share deep value basis of universalism and complement each other. Their value connections are that they both belong to ethical issues of all worlds, and both are the universal values pursued and concerned by world citizen. It should go over the border, respond the cosmopolitan ethical concern and implement international communication and cooperation to strengthen construction of new nuclear security system, to promote ecological justice in order to maintain human sustainable development. |
