| 鸦片战争之后，中国社会发生了巨大变化，慈善组织也不例外。与古代相比，这时期慈善组织呈现出一些新特点，并开启了由传统向近代的转型之路。在转型过程中，慈善组织自身运行机制更加制度化、规范化。同时，在政府与慈善组织的互动过程中，政府从法律法规、监督管理、财政资金等方面给予慈善组织一些扶持，这加速了慈善组织的转型进程。但中国慈善组织的近代转型也存在转型不彻底、地区发展不平衡等不足。 |

| After the First Opium War,great changes have taken place in China,including the philanthropy organizations.Compared with the traditional philanthropy organizations,there are many new characteristics belong to the modern philanthropy organizations.It opened the door of transformation from tradition to modern.The operation mechanism of philanthropy organizations became institutionalized and standardized constantly in the process of transformation.At the same time,the government also provided some laws and regulations,supervision and management as well as financial support to philanthropy organizations.It promoted the process of transformation.But there are still some problems during the period of transformation,for example,the modern transformation is not complete,the degree of modernization is really imbalanced in different areas. |
