| 政治协商纳入决策程序是我国民主政治的制度安排和重要发展，是政治协商的重要原则，也是推进现代治理的重要举措。政治协商纳入决策程序契合现代民主治理、科学治理、依法治理等要求。文章分析了制约政治协商纳入决策程序的主要因素，提出要从提高认识、建立健全相关制度、推进程序化法制化建设以及政协自身建设等方面，切实将政治协商纳入决策程序。 |

| Political consultation in decision-making process is an important institutional arrangement and development of democracy,it’s also an important principle and measure to promote modern governance.Bringing political consultation into decision-making process corresponds to the requirements of modern democratic governance,scientific governance and rule of law and so on.This paper analyzes the main factors restricting political consultation in decision-making procedures and puts forward that we should truly bring political consultation into decision-making process by raising awareness,establishing and improving relevant systems,promoting procedural and legal construction and taking other steps such as self-construction of the CPPCC. |
