| This paper is based on the survey of peasant-workers in Changsha, Changde, Yiyang, Xiangtan, Chenzhou, Hengyang, and puts forward the basic ideas and measures to enhance the social security situation. The measures are such as selecting and prioritizing projects, tailor-made insurance project, the implementation of notional account system, promoting enforcement and compliance, improving the credit system and strengthening the social security consciousness of peasant-workers themselves. |
