| 我国已经确立了“发展生态友好型农业”的政策导向，但却没有对生态友好型农业的内涵给出一个统一而权威的解释，直接导致了理论上的百家争鸣实践上的莫衷一是。文章试图对生态友好型农业的内涵特征，以及生态友好型农业与之前所提出和发展的生态农业、环境友好型农业的内涵的异同展开探讨，在理论上深入辨别和全面分析的基础上，在实践上提出针对性、可操作性均较强的发展取向。 |

| China has published the guiding policy of “Developing Eco-friendly Agriculture”, but there is not an authentic and common definition of it, which directly causes definition contention from a hundred schools on the theory and the different actions upon the practice. On the basis of distinguished and comprehensively analyzed theory, this paper tries to develop a discussion about the intention of Eco-Friendly Agriculture and the differences between the Eco-Friendly Agriculture, Environment-Friendly agriculture that raised before. And then put forward a targeted and operable development policy direction. |
