| 有别于以往基于阶级斗争及利益冲突理论展开的罢工运动研究，文章从理性选择视角和资源动员视角出发，通过梳理文献资料，揭示解放前夕衡阳工人罢工的动态发展过程。研究表明，衡阳工人罢工运动的爆发并非简单基于阶级矛盾或利益冲突产生，而是基于对特定社会背景、组织、资源条件的考量，由工人群体经过理性选择做出最后决判而来。此外，在共产党人的号召和领导之下，罢工运动有了强大的组织力量和社会资源支撑，而正是这股强大的外在动力最终将罢工运动推向胜利。 |
| English Summary: |
| Different from the strikes action research based on class struggle and conflict of interest theory, this research emphasizes on rational choice and resource mobilization perspectives, and reveals the development process of strike of workers in Hengyang based on sorting and analyzing related literature. The paper figures that the outbreak of strike is not simply based on class contradictions or interest conflicts, but a consideration of specific social background, organization and resource condition, and workers will finally make a decision to fight through rational choice process. Besides, with the call and leadership of Chinese communist party, the strike got a strong support of organization power and social resource. And this strong external dynamics eventually propelled the strike to victory. |
