| 法治观念作为政治哲学中的一个重要范畴由来已久。从早期柏拉图标榜哲学王治国，主张依靠统治者的智慧来治国理政，到后来舍弃人治转而高扬法治，再到最后亚里士多德继承衣钵终其一生对于法治精神的不懈追求，我们看到西方社会由人治到法治的跨越走过了一条不寻常的路程，这对于今天我们全面推进法治中国建设具有重要启示。 |

| As an important category in political philosophy, the rule of law has a long history. In Ancient Greek, Plato put forward the Philosophy King and advocated rely on the wisdom of the rulers to governance, and in the end inherited the mantle of Aristotle for his lifes relentless pursuit of the rule of law.We see that it has gone through an unusual journey from the rule of man to the rule of law in the Western society, which for today has an important enlightenment for promoting the rule of law in China construction. |
