      复杂产品系统项目的目标通常是由多个子系统组成的。这些子系统具相对独立性并具各自的特定功能和运行目标,若片面地考虑其中的某一目标则会导致各子系统之间协调程度降低而产生负效应。文章以核电站建设项目为例,从进度、成本、质量、资源四个方面构建了复杂产品系统协同生产的目标体系;采用模糊决策分析法确定各目标在协调度模型中的优先度;构建了复杂产品系统的进度、成本、质量、资源功效函数和项目目标的协调度模型;提出了基于遗传算法的复杂产品系统项目目标协调度求解方案;并运用该方法对某核电站建设项目进行了实例分析。
English Summary:
      The target of CoPS project is usually made up of several subsystems which alway have relative independence and play a special role to the target .If some subsystems are one-sided emphaszed on, it would cause the coordination degree reduce between subsystemsand even produce negative effect.In this paper, the target systems of CoPS were constructed from the schedule, cost, quality and resources.The priorities of the targets in the coordination model were identified by fuzzy decision method,with NPP as example.The effect function of progress, cost, quality, resources and coordinationmodel of the CoPS are constructed. And,a solution of the model was proposed based on genetic algorithm.Finally,a NPP project was analyzed as a case, using the method of this paper.
