| 现代工具理性的发达带来了丰富的物质财富,同时也在社会上形成了极大的道德风险,司法作为矫正和修复社会关系的手段,其以公正作为最终的目标。青少年处在道德价值观形成的关键时期,他们在社会中成就人格和品格的完善,而这种教育与完善相当大的程度是依靠法治来完成。由此，司法场域成为青少年道德价值观塑造不可回避的部分，其通过司法运行模式、司法主体形象、司法情绪等各方面影响青少年道德价值观的形成，期望以公正氛围、良法善治、优质的司法主体形象及司法公共理性的呈现有效地消解司法场域的消极因素，成功塑育青少年道德价值观。 |

| The development of modern instrumental rationality brings abundant material wealth，but meanwhile， it formed great moral hazard in society.And justice, as a means of rectifying and repairing social relations, takes fairness as the final goal．Teenagers are in the critical period of forming moral values and their personalities and characters are improved in society. And this kind of education and improvement are significantly depended on the law. Thus, the judicial field becomes the inevitable part of shaping the moral values of teenagers, which influences the formation of adolescent moral values through various aspects such as judicial operation mode, body image and emotion, expecting to effectively eliminate the negative factors in the justice field by fair atmosphere, law and good governance, high-quality judicial body image and public rationality, and successfully shaping the moral values of teenagers. |
