      随着社会经济的发展,现代高校的行政管理人员主要由高学历的知识型人员构成,这些工作人员具有其自身的特点,但同时也使管理面临着新的挑战。文章以高校行政管理人员日常工作为切入点,深入分析知识型行政管理人员的自身特点和需求,研究如何更好地运用激励理论,力求推进高校知识型行政管理人员激励机制的完善,促进高校行政管理工作质量的提升。
English Summary:
      With the development of social economy, the administrative personnel in modern university are mainly made up of the highly educated staff. The staff has its own characteristics, and makes the management faced with new challenges. Based on the daily work of administrative personnel in the university, we analyze deeply the characteristics and requirements of knowledge-based administrative personnel, and investigate the incentive mechanism of the educated administrative personnel in the university, to improve the quality of administrative work in the university.
