| 作为任何国家和民族都无法回避和抗拒的历史潮流和发展趋势，全球化加速了生产要素在世界范围内的自由流动和优化配置，客观上促进了全球生产力的快速增长。随着全球化不断深化，实现中国梦的机遇与挑战并存：一方面，全球化为实现中华民族伟大复兴创造了很多有利条件；另一方面，全球化也给中国梦的实现带来了包括意识形态、国家主权、经济发展、人才资本等方面的巨大挑战。只要正确对待全球化这一浪潮，只要积极面对、主动参与，就能够在21世纪一步步实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦。 |

| Globalization is the tide of history and the trend of development which any country and nation is unable to avoid. The tide of history and the trend of development not only created favorable conditions for the realization of the Chinese dream, but also brought the huge challenge of ideology, national sovereignty, economic development and talent capital. As long as we correctly deal with the wave of globalization and correctly handle the dialectical relationship between opening up and independence, internationalization and nationalization, lowermost creed and highest creed, we can realize national rejuvenation in twenty-first century. |
