| 2013年1月1日施行的修改后《民事诉讼法》明确赋予了检察机关的民事检察调查核实权。调查核实权是调查权与核实权的复合体，包括调查核实案情和调查取证。检察机关在行使该项权力时，必须秉承检察监督的法理基础，遵守合法必要、居中、谦抑的原则，严守检察权边界，对法院的审判权和当事人的诉讼行为进行监督，确保检察机关所调取证据的合法性和真实性，实现公平、正义的价值要求。 |

| At January 1st, 2013 ,implementation of the modified Civil Procedure expressly gives the right to the Crown prosecutors in the investigation and verification.Investigation and verification right is the complex of investigation and verification right, including forensic investigation to verify the case and investigation. When prosecutors perform that power, they must uphold the legal basis of prosecutorial supervision, comply with the principle of legality, center, modesty, and adhere prosecutorial power boundary strictly. Prosecutors supervise the courts jurisdiction and litigation conduct of the parties, in order to achieve fairness and justice value requirements. |
