| Qing dynasty paid special attention to the supervision of officials, and there were a series of system designs and arrangements to try to ensure the supreme of imperial power, the integrity of the officials and clear and bright in administration of officials. The article focuses on stating and analyzing the transformation of the local officials supervision system during the period of New Deal in the late Qing Dynasty in several aspects. Qing Dynasty not only revised the original monitoring system, but also created the new supervision system. As a result, the Qing Dynasty's supervisory system developed towards the professional and modernity direction, which had the characteristic of mixing the new and the old things, opened the first of the modern supervisory system. |
