| 公务员财产申报制度的构建对于防治公务员腐败有着不可替代的作用。我国实施该制度并未将乡镇党政领导、特殊部门工作人员、军事机关工作人员等纳入申报主体范围，也未将大额债务、礼品馈赠、奢侈收藏品等纳入申报客体范围。这样的缺陷和不足阻碍着该制度的有效实施。因此，为了进一步完善该制度，必须在借鉴国外相关经验的基础上，适当扩大主客体范围，从而建立健全有中国特色的反腐体系。 |
| English Summary: |
| The construction of the property declaration system plays an irreplaceable role in prevention and control of corruption of civil servants. However, there exist some defects in the property declaration system since the scope of subject and object is too narrow in China. To better improve this system, the scope of subject and object should be broadened on the basis of drawing lessons from foreign experience, which, as a result, leads to the establishment and improvement of the anti-corruption system with Chinese characteristics. |
