| 语言究竟是一种客观存在，还是心理现象？上个世纪勃兴的逻辑实证主义和可及性理论在研究语言时虽然都借用了罗素的“摹状词”一说，但它们对语言存在的研究却采取的是不同的观点：前者把语言看作是纯粹的客观存在；而后者把语言看成是客观与主观相结合的产物。通过摹状词理论到可及性理论的发展演变，并从哲学角度分析人们对语言认识不断深化的过程，揭示出人类认知世界的一般规律。 |

| Is language an obJective existence or psychological phenomenon? Though the term “Description”， put forward by Bertrand Russell，is adopted both by Logic Positivism and Accessibility which became popular last century，different point of views were utilized in their study on the language existence：the former regards language as purely obJective while the latter views it as the combined product between obJectivity and subjectivity.Expounding on the evolution from “Description”to “Accessibility”Theory，the paper tries to analyze how human cognition has improved and thus reveals the general cognitive law by which human beings come to understand the world. |
