| In the context of balaning urban and rural development, our country carries out the pilot reform, in order to solve the problem of land index between city development and protection of cultivated land. To some extent, it has been made a breakthrough for the connotation of the current rural collective construction land system. Judging from the current studies, it appears some errors in the views from theory and practice, due to being unable to examine from the reform of “path dependence”, and evaluating the related practice only from the system.This paper explores the problems of land system in rural collective construction land from Shanghai, Zhejiang, Chengdu, Tianjin and other cities, in order to deepen the understanding of the connotation of the pilot reform, and then to provide basis for accurately summarizing the institutional problem. |
