| 法治湖南建设是一个战略性的系统工程。法律监督是我国法治建设的薄弱环节，是维护司法公信力的重要保障和法治湖南建设的题中之义，在法治湖南建设中的具有重要地位。湖南检察机关在服务法治湖南建设的实践中，在统一性方面提升法律监督的水平，在地方性方面突出法律监督的特色，在自身建设方面加强内外部监督。从强化法律监督意识、拓展法律监督范围、规范法律监督程序、改进法律监督方式四个方面完善法律监督，促进法治湖南建设。 |

| “The Rule of Law in Hunan”construction is a strategic system work. Legal supervision is a weak link in the rule of law in China, which is an important guarantee for safeguarding judicial credibility and an important part of “the Rule of Law in Hunan”construction,It highlights the important position of legal supervision in “the rule of law in Hunan “construction. Hunan procuratorial organs in the practice of service for “the rule of law in Hunan” construction, is enhancing the level of legal supervision in unity, highlighting characteristics of legal supervision in local, strengthening internal and external oversight in its own construction. To promote “the rule of law in Hunan ”construction through legal supervision needs four aspects: strengthening legal supervision awareness , expanding the range of legal supervision, standardizing legal supervision program and improving the methods of legal supervision. |
