| 实现“中国梦”，概括起来就一句话：“中国梦归根到底是人民的梦，必须紧紧依靠人民来实现，必须不断为人民造福。”马克思的人民主体观突出实现“中国梦”必须尊重人民的主体地位。毛泽东的人民动力观强调人民是实现梦想的动力、是梦想的受益者。中国特色社会主义理论体系“以人为本”思想要求一切工作都是以人民的利益为本。通过上述三个层面的分析得出马克思主义的人民群众观是实现“中国梦”依靠力量的理论依据。研究马克思主义的人民群众观，坚持以人为本，依靠人民群众，这对于我们更好地学习、掌握、运用党的十八大报告，推进中国特色社会主义事业，建成小康社会，实现“中国梦”，颇有意义。 |

| To realize “China Dream”, means it is Chinese peoples dream relying on Chinese people, and benefiting Chinese people.And it is people-centered. The Marx doctrine of the masses of the people emphasize dominant position of Chinese people, and the dynamic view of Mao Zedong stresses people are the driving force and beneficial power to achieve the dream. The “People Oriented” concept from the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics claimes all the work is blessed with the interests of Chinese people. According to the above three levels of analysis, the Marx doctrine of the masses of the people is the theoretical basis. It is of significance for us to study, master, utilize and develop the spirit of the report on 18th National People’s Congress, to promote the Chinese characteristic socialism, to build up a well-off society and to realize “China Dream” |
