| 因我国传统城镇化的盲目发展，农村人居环境“千村一貌”现象日益严重，“美丽风光”渐行渐远。文章提出坚持生态文明建设理念，推广生态住区，尊重人文地脉，应用乡土化设计；并在城乡规划一体化的大方向下“求同存异、协调发展、保持特色”，力求构建和谐“宜居”新农村人居环境，实现新城镇化发展战略目标。 |

| Because of the blind development of traditional urbanization in our country, “all rural areas look the same” phenomenon is increasingly serious in rural living environment，and the beautiful scenery is far away. This paper puts on that we should adhere to ecological civilization construction concept, popularize eco settlements, respect humanistic and geographical identity, use local design, and through “seeking common ground while reserving differences, keeping harmonious development and maintaining the characteristics” in the general direction of the integration of urban and rural planning, build a harmonious livable environment, and realize the strategic objective of new urbanization development. |
