| 环保产业是未来经济发展最具潜力的新的经济增长点之一，它对我国优化产业结构、转变经济发展方式有着不可替代的作用。在建设“美丽中国”和“绿色湖南”的大背景下，运用实证方法研究环保产业对湖南经济发展的贡献，并通过分析湖南环保产业存在的困境，提出环保产业发展的政策措施和优化路径，对湖南实现跨越式发展是具有积极意义的。 |

| The environmental protection industry is the future economic development of one of the most potential new economic growth points, which plays an irreplaceable role to our country to optimize the industrial structure, and change the mode of economic development. In this paper, taking the construction of the “beautiful China” and “green Hunan” as the background, using empirical methods to study the environmental industry in Hunan economy development contribution, in analyzes the existing problems of Hunan environmental protection industry, and puts forward the policy measures and optimal path. It has positive significance to Hunans development. |
