| Zhang Juzheng demoted Zhao Zhigao，which drove Zhao to live in Liudong Mountain and produce Lingdongshanfang Anthology. What is more, Zhaos identity as an official from the capital and the propaganda of Liudong Mountain scenic area makes this possibility a reality. Lingdongshanfang Anthology not only gives an account of what Liudong Mountain might look like in late Ming Dynasty, but also acts as a good record of scholars, officials, poems, essays and stone carvings related to the mountain. |
