| In the crime of malfeasance system, in addition to the Intentional Leakage of State’s Secrets, the other types of crime are pure status crime. In both theory and judicial practice, there is a big controversy in the charges of the persons with status and non-status in the crime of malfeasance on accomplice relations. Based on the analysis, this article inspects the different types of the crime of malfeasance on accomplice relations. |
