      国有控股股份制企业内部公道的研究对国有企业分配制度改革有很重要的现实意义,关系到企业的繁荣及可持续发展。企业内部公道的基本内容包括公心、公开、公正、公平四个紧密相联的方面。公心是公道的思想基础,是公道的“初始境况”;公开是公道的先决条件,为企业内部公道的展示提供自由的空间;公正是公道的有效手段,体现了企业内部公道所要求的人人平等;公平是公道的最终目的。文章正是基于这四个方面探讨了如何在国有控股股份制企业内部打造公道的平台。
English Summary:
      The study of internal justice has a very important practical significance in the state-controlled joint-stock enterprises. The internal justice is closely related with the prosperity and sustainable development of the enterprises. The internal justice includes the selfless, the open, the just,and the fair. The selfless is the basis and "initial situation" of the justice; the open is a prerequisite of justice, and it provides free space for the internal justice; the fair is an effective means of justice, reflecting “everyone is equal”; the fair is the ultimate goal of justice. Based on these four aspects, the article discusses how to create justice platform in the state-controlled joint-stock enterprise.
