| The study of internal justice has a very important practical significance in the state-controlled joint-stock enterprises. The internal justice is closely related with the prosperity and sustainable development of the enterprises. The internal justice includes the selfless, the open, the just,and the fair. The selfless is the basis and "initial situation" of the justice; the open is a prerequisite of justice, and it provides free space for the internal justice; the fair is an effective means of justice, reflecting “everyone is equal”; the fair is the ultimate goal of justice. Based on these four aspects, the article discusses how to create justice platform in the state-controlled joint-stock enterprise. |
