| 随着老龄化进程的加快，我国老年人口不断增加。但是，我国经济发展的速度明显落后于人口老龄化带来的养老需求增长速度，这就使得我国带上了“未富先老”的帽子。为解决日益严峻的养老服务问题，切实提高广大老年群体的生活质量，我国推出了“平安钟”服务。然而“平安钟”服务在各地试点和推广过程中，出现了很多问题，如政策缺失，服务供给主体单一，观念制约，服务人员素质有待提高等。 |

| With the process of aging, the country's aging population increases constantly. Because of the current situation of “getting old before getting rich”, our country launched the “personal emergency link” service. However “personal emergency link” service all over in pilot and promotion process, shows a lot of problems, such as lack of policy, service supply of the subject in a single way, ideas restriction, low quality of the service staff. |
