| 文章结合高校研究生教育实际，围绕提高研究生创新能力这一目标，探讨研究生教育产学研联合培养模式和管理机制。在培养模式上应当从选配研究生导师、建立联合基地、开拓教育平台、依托重大项目和学科性公司联合培养等方面进行创新和尝试；在管理机制上应当从构建组织机构、完善管理机制、建设管理制度等方面进行创新和尝试。 |

| With the aim of promoting graduate innovation ability, this paper probed into the training mode and administrative mechanism of combination involving industry-university-research after practical postgraduate education considerations. In terms of training mode, innovation and trial should be made on research supervisor deployment, joint base establishment, educational platform opening, major project preferring and joint training with companies. As for administrative mechanism, freshness and trial should be focused on organization building, administrative mechanism perfection and management system construction etc. |
