| 文章以大中型工业企业为对象，探讨了湖南省装备制造业的专利竞争力现状，并分析了湖南装备制造业专利竞争力不强的原因。最后，提出湖南装备制造业应加强知识产权保护意识，实施知识产权战略；在加大研发经费投入的同时，要大力开展产业技术创新战略联盟，以提升湖南装备制造业专利竞争力。 |

| This paper analyzes the status of patent competitiveness in Hunan’s equipment manufacturing industry based on the patent data of large and medium-sized enterprises, and explains the reasons why Hunan’s equipment manufacturing industry is lack of patent competitiveness. Finally, the countermeasures of enhancing the patent competitiveness in Hunan’s equipment manufacturing industry are put forward. That is, to strengthen the awareness of intellectual property protection, to implement intellectual property strategy; to increase the R&D investment and to conduct industrial technology innovation strategic alliance vigorously. |
