| 湘南地区已获批成为我国的第4个国家级承接产业转移示范区，湘南地区要发挥周边区域转移的示范效应，提升承接产业转移的竞争力是关键。文章通过分析我国产业转移的宏观背景和湘南地区产业发展状况以及面临的经济梯度转移、我国经济发展内在要求、泛珠三角区域合作不断深化等机遇，进而提出了加强交通基础设施建设、注重引进和培养专技人才、有序采取承接模式、建立统一管理组织、加快一体化的软环境建设等方面的提升湘南地区承接产业转移竞争力的对策和建议。 |

| With the southern Hunan becoming the fourth national demonstration area of transferring industries in China, it is the key to promote the competitiveness of undertaking Industrial transfer for the southern Hunan in order to play a demonstration effect in undertaking Industrial transfer for the surrounding areas. The article analyses the following aspects, including the macro background of industrial transfer in China, and the situation of industrial development in the southern Hunan, and some opportunities, such as economic gradient transfer, the inherent requirement of economic development in China, and deepening regional cooperation in Pan-pearl river delta. And then puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the competitiveness of undertaking industrial transfer in southern Hunan, including strengthening the construction of transport infrastructure,paying more attention to introduce and train talents,taking the mode of undertaking Industries orderly,establishing a unified management organization,speeding up the construction of the soft environment in integrating. |
