| 我国农村正从传统自给自足式的小农经济体系向社会主义市场经济体系转换。在这样一个新旧体制转换、利益格局调整的社会转型时期，农民的思想道德观念、农村的道德秩序面临着巨大的冲击与调整。文章对社会主义新农村思想道德建设所面临的各种问题进行解读，论述了新农村道德建设的重要性和紧迫性，提出了转型期农村道德建设思路与方法。 |

| Our countryside are transiting from self-contained small-scale peasant economy to socialist market economy. Under the condition of the changes between the new and old systems, adjustment of the benefit structure, the moral ideas of peasant and rural moral orders are facing huge impacts. This article interpretated the problems of socialist new rural morality construction, discussed the importance and urgency of the moral construction of the new countryside, proposed the train thought and method of rural morality construction in the period of social transformation. |
