| 在突发事件应急物流体系中，跨部门、跨行业、跨市场协调变得日益突出。因此，急需构建应急物流区域协调机制，建立有效的协调运作方式，整合应急资源，提高应对突发事件的效率，以减少可能造成的损失，维护人民生命财产安全，实现社会的和谐与稳定。文章分析了突发事件应急物流区域协调参与主体、协调原则，并对层级协调、市场协调、网络协调以及标准化协调机制。构建了突发事件应急物流区域协调效果评价体系，并利用模糊综合评价法对协调效果进行了评价。 |

| In emergency logistics system, cross-sectoral, cross-sectoral, cross-market coordination is becoming increasingly prominent. Therefore, it is urgent to build a regional coordination mechanism, establish effective coordination mode, and integrate emergency resources for emergency logistics. So we can improve efficiency of responding to emergencies, reduce potential losses, safeguard people's lives and property, and achieve social harmony and stability.The paper analyses the participation, the principle of regional coordination for emergency logistics. It also analyses the level coordination, market coordination, network coordination and standardization coordination mechanisms in detail. On this basis, it builds an evaluation system of regional coordination, and evaluates the pefermance of coordination the using of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. |
